You can open a web site directly by pressing the keys Ctrl+O, or by selecting Open
Web Location from the File menu.

Or you can click the Open Web button on the Main Toolbar

Before typing in the address choose which pane you want it to open in (you can always
rearrange panes later on) and whether you want it to open in the current document,
or a new one (you can also move panes to another document at any time)

If you want to change the web location in an existing pane, you can retype an address
in the Address Bar located in the Browser Toolbar. You can use the mouse to
focus the Address Bar or by pressing the keys Alt+D

Edit inputs for both the Open Web dialog and Address bar incorporate a drop down
list of previously visited URL's
