In the previous section 'Navigating' we put together a collection of related pages
in a convenient format. We saved this as a document - a .mud file. This
provides a means of retrieving the collection, as saved, at a later date.
This is a far more convenient for the user because it allows the use of the Windows
file system and Explorers to organise and retrieve web content. Whilst Favorites
are an important way to organise key web locations, and are fully supported in Muddly,
mud file documents allow a truer archiving ability.
Mud files are also portable. This allows you to send, by email for example,
a web document to somebody else with Muddly who can then open the collection in
the way that you wanted to present it.

At any time using Muddly you might have several documents open at one time.
When you Insert A New Document, either from the File Menu, the System Toolbar or
by pressing the keys 'Ctrl+N' Muddly gives the document a temporary title 'New Untitled
Document n'. If you want to save the document use 'File - Save' or
'File - Save Document As' from the File Menu, the Save Icon on the System Toolbar
or by pressing the keys 'Ctrl+S'.
